We aim to reply to every email within three working days, and usually sooner. Calls and emails that arrive outside working hours are picked up on the next working day.

Reporting a problem

The quickest fixes come from reports that include:

  • your phone model and Android version
  • the Masterstroke version, shown in the About sheet inside the app
  • what happened, and what you did just before it
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if you can take one

If a career is stuck or something in it looks wrong, open the menu and choose Send save to support. It shares a copy of that career with us so we can load it and see exactly what you see.

Please never send passwords, card numbers, UPI PINs or one-time passwords. We will never ask for them.

Purchases, refunds and cancellations

Masterstroke is free to download. The optional Pro upgrade is billed by Google Play, and a monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. If a purchase has not unlocked Pro, open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases first. If that does not fix it, contact us with your Google Play order number, which starts with GPA. Privacy requests and grievances

To ask what data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, or to raise a grievance about how your data is handled, write to contact@procupy.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We acknowledge a privacy request or grievance within three working days and resolve it within 30 days. Our privacy policy explains what the app and this site collect.
